Queries are simple chat interactions with your agents. AI Actions are complex operations like calendar bookings or deep research. Credits are a universal currency you can use for web crawls, or to boost your query, AI action, or storage limits.
What happens if I exceed my monthly limits?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits (at 80% and 95%). You can either upgrade your plan or purchase credit packs to boost your limits. Monthly query and AI action limits reset on your billing date.
Do credits expire?
No! Credits never expire and roll over month-to-month. This means any unused credits from credit packs you purchase will always be available for future use.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any billing differences. Your credits and storage carry over when changing plans.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! We offer a free plan with 100 queries, 10 AI actions, and 5 credits to get started. All paid plans also come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required for the free plan.
How does the multi-agent pricing work?
Your usage limits apply across all agents in your account. Whether you use one agent or multiple agents, you have the same pool of queries, AI actions, credits, and storage to work with.
What's included in storage?
Storage includes all your knowledge base content: documents, webpages, embeddings, and metadata. Storage is cumulative (not monthly), but you can delete old data to free up space.
