1. Introduction

• Train an AI on your website content and documents.
• Engage website visitors in multiple languages.
• Qualify leads through intelligent conversation.
• Automatically book appointments in your calendar via a Calendly integration.
• Access analytics and conversation history in your dashboard.

The Service is provided according to the usage limits (e.g., messages, bookings, crawled pages) of your chosen subscription plan.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up-to-date. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content Ownership and License

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you provide to the Service, including website URLs, documents, and other data ("Your Content").

License to Us: By using the Service, you grant Qoris AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

• Fees: All subscription fees are billed in U.S. Dollars, in advance, on a monthly or annual basis. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
• No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or unused services, except where required by law.
• Free Trials: Charges begin automatically after the free trial period unless you cancel before it ends.
• Billing Disputes: If you believe you have been billed in error, you must contact us at support@qoris.ai within 30 days of the charge. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account termination.

The Service integrates with third-party services like Clerk, OpenAI, and Calendly. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the performance or availability of any third-party services.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

• AI Limitations: The AI may occasionally provide inaccurate, incomplete, or biased responses. You should not rely on the AI for legal, financial, or medical advice.
• Translation Accuracy: AI-powered translations may contain errors or inaccuracies. We are not liable for any issues arising from translation errors.
• Limitation of Liability: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QORIS AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including for a violation of these Terms or failure to pay fees.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware.
